If you are interested in participating in the 4S Ranch Little League Youth or Adult Umpire Program please contact our Umpire in Chief, John Guerra. There is a mandatory training/clinic prior to the start of each baseball season (Fall and Spring).

About the Adult Umpire Program
The 4S Ranch Little League 2016 Adult Umpire Program is a 100% Volunteer Program
• Adult umpiring is open to all over the age of 18. Adult Umpires are 100% volunteer.
• Volunteer Applications for each season are available on our documents section. These will be required for all umpires 18 and older.
• 4S Ranch Little League will offer a “Scholarship Program” to any adult who umpire 7 or more games during a season. Those adults will be awarded a scholarship that will cover registration fees for one child for the next baseball season.

About the Youth Umpire Program
• The program is called Youth “Umpire Pay Per Diem.” Youth umpires are paid based on a scale provided by the league.
• Youth umpiring is open to all youth that meet league ages 11 to 17.
• Your past experience will determine what division you will be eligible to umpire in. Below are guidelines and the UIC can make an exception to any rule if he deems necessary.

• League Age 11 can umpire AA games only.
• League Age 12 can umpire AAA and AA.
• League Age 13 can umpire Majors, AAA and AA.
• League Age 14 can umpire Intermediate, Majors, AAA and AA.
• League Age 15 and older can umpire Juniors, Intermediate, Majors, AAA and AA
